From its inception in 2005 Southwest Greens Construction has partnered with Golflounge. Innovator and entrepreneur Peter Merck had very clear ideas about his concept and this has resulted today in a three-storey fully heated and professionally equipped driving range, along with a complete short game area with pitching and putting practice greens and 9 hole adventure golf “pirate course”.

Set on a strategically chosen location 10 minutes from the centre of Hamburg right besides the famous Elbe river, the facility hosts a fitting centre and a club-maker. Furthermore the restaurant and party facilities enable every company, family or group of friends to have a great event combining golf with a great night out in the “lounge” or its “alpenhutte”.

Celebrating its 10 year Anniversary in 2015 Golflounge has created a large number of new golfers,and with its unique partnerships with all golf courses located around Hamburg the whole area benefits from this fantastic initiative.

Southwest Greens Construction built the entire golf facility and has been expanding the concept with Peter and his team on a yearly basis with its market-leading synthetic turf systems thus ensuring the right practice conditions for serious golfers or just a fun night out!
